Common questions

How do I add a lab report?

Open the PDF in Mail or Files, tap Share and choose Soma. Or tap “Add” in the app and pick the file.

A value was read wrongly or is missing

On the review screen you can fix or skip any row before saving. If a whole report reads badly, we'd like to know which lab it comes from so we can improve the reader — please don't send the PDF itself unless you're comfortable doing so; a description is enough.

Where is my data?

Only on your phone. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a report in the app, or delete the app to remove everything.
